- HOW TO USE - Simply keep the plane of your knife’s blade vertical and draw the edge along each stone to sharpen. For serrated blades, use the rounded edges of the stones and a slightly looser grip to allow the stone to flow into the recesses of each serration
- HOW TO MAINTAIN - Ceramic stones, like glass, the triangle sharpener will break if dropped, please handle carefully. Use them dry, without oil, water, or lubricants. To clean, scrub stones with a plastic scouring pad and powered abrasive cleaner, let air-dry
